After our initial contact via email, and if you are happy to arrange sessions, I will email you the relevant paperwork to complete before your first session. This will include basic contact details, an overview of what you feel is your presenting issue/challenge, and HCC terms and conditions.
Length of sessions: 60 minutes. This is a good timeframe to explore issues/challenges without too much emotional exhaustion.
Number of sessions: I'm here to support you through a difficult time. The average number of sessions is 6-8. However, as the client, this is your journey and you may feel you only need a few sessions or longer. We can work together and check in at the beginning or end of each session to see how far along the journey you feel you are and assess the number of sessions you wish to continue with.
Cost: My current one-hour session rate is £50. We can discuss payment on our first call.

Positive psychology counselling can help you develop a more positive outlook on life. I can use evidence-based techniques to help you cultivate gratitude, resilience, and optimism, and improve your overall well-being.
Sessions are currently conducted over Zoom. You do not need a Zoom account to connect with me, however, you will need an electronic device such as a desktop PC, laptop, Chromebook, tablet or mobile phone.
